Giada announced that its wholly owned factory, has officially relocated to a new, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Shanshui Technology Park, Changping, Dongguan. The relocation marks a significant milestone in Giada's long-term manufacturing strategy and reinforces the company's commitment to delivering high-quality AI hardware and embedded computing solutions to customers worldwide.

Covering nearly 8,000 square meters, the new facility features dedicated areas for offices, manufacturing, warehousing, engineering, quality laboratories, and after-sales service. Designed to support modern intelligent manufacturing, the factory has now fully commenced operations with all production lines in service.

To support these goals, the new facility introduces comprehensive upgrades across both manufacturing equipment and digital management systems.

A newly enhanced temperature and humidity control system provides a stable, clean production environment for precision SMT assembly and electronic manufacturing, minimizing environmental impact on product quality. At the same time, Giada has strengthened its quality management process with rigorous inspection standards covering incoming materials, production, testing, and final shipment.

The factory also features advanced automated SMT production lines, intelligent AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) systems, and fully integrated MES and ERP platforms. Real-time production visibility and complete traceability enable a transition from experience-based manufacturing to data-driven operations, improving efficiency, reducing defects, and supporting fast delivery for high-mix, low-volume manufacturing.

The new smart factory further strengthens Giada's manufacturing capabilities for AI-powered embedded computing solutions, including digital signage players, industrial PCs, embedded motherboards, edge AI computers, and customized OEM/ODM projects.
