Powered by the Rockchip RK3588/RK3588J SoC, the Giada IM1-707 delivers exceptional processing capabilities with an 8-core CPU and an integrated NPU offering up to 6 TOPS, enabling robust on-device AI computation. Designed in compliance with the SMARC V2.1 standard, this module combines modular flexibility with industrial-grade reliability, making it an ideal choice for demanding edge applications.

Edge AI Powerhouse: 8-Core CPU with 6 TOPS NPU

Giada’s IM1-707, powered by the Rockchip RK3588/RK3588J, delivers exceptional performance for embedded edge systems. Featuring an advanced 8-core DynamIQ CPU architecture—with four Cortex-A76 cores at 2.2GHz and four Cortex-A55 cores at 1.8GHz—the module balances high-performance processing with energy efficiency. Integrated with a 6 TOPS NPU, the IM1-707 enables real-time AI inference and smooth multitasking across intensive workloads, making it ideal for next-generation edge AI applications.

Multi-Display Support for Immersive Visuals

Equipped with the ARM Mali-G610 MP4 GPU, the IM1-707 offers exceptional graphics performance and flexible multi-display capabilities, supporting up to three independent displays simultaneously. It features HDMI 2.1 and DisplayPort 1.4 outputs, delivering ultra-high-definition visuals up to 8K@60Hz. With seamless hardware decoding for advanced video formats—including H.265, H.264, VP9, AV1, and AVS2—the IM1-707 is a powerful solution for multimedia-intensive industrial and edge applications.

Versatile Industrial I/O for Seamless Integration

Engineered as a robust embedded control hub, the IM1-707 provides a comprehensive set of industrial I/O interfaces—including UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, and GPIO—ensuring effortless integration with complex systems and peripheral devices. Built to perform in challenging conditions, it supports a wide operating temperature range of -20°C to +70°C, making it a reliable choice for mission-critical industrial applications.
