Introduction
Austrian GSK-Gebro POS-Pharmacy Project has equipped more than 200 pharmacies with a digital signage system in a rollout. Through use of the mobile digital information system, which are placed in the cash register area and in the office/business premises, information about products and promotion activities are displayed on the POS screens. It helps boost spontaneous purchasing and thus increase the sell-out of advertising products significantly.
Giada F210U and VM23 digital signage players are deployed in this solution. These players support 7 x 24 operation, adopt ultra-compact and fanless design. They are ideal choices for small and static advertisement displays.
