Giada Releases Elkhart Lake Thin Mini-ITX Motherboard IB4-271
Giada recently has released a thin Mini-ITX motherboard, modeled IB4-271. The motherboard features long life cycle, reliable performance, advanced network connectivity and rich I/O capabilities in a compact board that fits small chassis size for space-critical installation. It's an ideal choice for IoT applications, like kiosk and digital signage.
The motherboard is powered by Intel® Elkhart Lake Celeron® J6412 processor with TDP of 10W. It supports triple independent display with HDMI™, DP and LVDS, 4 USB ports and 6 COM ports for a wide range of peripheral connections. Dual 1GbE and Wi-Fi 5/6 expandability are available to provide high-bandwidth data transmission.
High Performance with Long Life Cycle
Powered by Intel® Celeron® J6412 processor, the Giada IB4-271 can deliver high levels of CPU and graphics performance at low power. Compared to the previous generation, it improves up to 1.7x on CPU and up to 2x on graphics, and gets a 75% higher score in CPU benchmark. With the feature of low power and excellent throughput, the motherboard can help save lots of energy while maintaining high computation. Meanwhile, the motherboard is based on Intel® IOTG roadmap with 7+ years' lifespan.
Driving 4K Graphics Applications
The Giada IB4-271 supports triple independent display via HDMI™, DP and LVDS. Up to 4K@60 high-resolution support provides great benefits for applications that demand on-image resolution and color realism.
Wi-Fi 6 Expandability
Wireless solution support is made through the two M.2 slots. The B-key slot comes with a SIM slot to support 3G/4G modules. The E-key slot is designed to support Wi-Fi 5/6 and Bluetooth network cards.
Fanless Design
The Giada IB4-271 adopts fanless design. With a passive thermal cooling system, the fanless design reduces the failure rate and makes the device running with noise-free and dustproof. It enables this Giada® motherboard applicable in mission critical applications.
